Solutions of psychological problems: 

According to me, a big demerit of human life is "over thinking" and "negative thinking". With these two things, lots of precious moments of our life has been spoiled..... Second, our motivational level reach at the lowest point and will power becomes weak.

Other thing which is happen, we become mistrustful with on another, feel loneliness. First of all our close relatives come in the range of mistrustfulness. Our thinking is that we will socially boycott with every person. We consider oppressed ourselves..... . We have too wear off this cloak of oppression.

It is true that mistrustfulness and negative thoughts at some extent real. Because present period is the period of materialism. We gave preference to materialism instead of love and sincerity, there will have be scarcity of moral values. But not you have benefit of it.... and not to your circumstances.

Thus overthinking has also one elder brother, which is stress. Persistent stress, over thinking and negative thinking destroy human body physically as well as mentally paralytic.

Mental loss in this way that we lose many things and good and precious habits.Very precious thing we lose is the time....which we have wasted too much is over thinking. Our abilities left us,,,,,like loss of our memory, learning capacity left us. Second, we become victim of many phobias and anxiety. In a course of time these circumstances can cause depression. Isolation, want loneliness, mistrustfulness are major symptoms of depression.

One thing we must focused that some tensions are production of our circumstances.....that will settled with the being of time.

Physically we has caught by many health problems like gastrointestinal problems, headache, insomnia. According to latest researches consistently thinking cause headache of neurons in brain. Eventually connections between neuron finished.Humans have to rescued from these habits as I mentioned above.

Sometimes our thinking and conflicts between them, reasons of our tensions. And what we do....we want to safe from sudden incursion of thinking and circumstances. So we become servant of our id and live on pleasure principal instead take shelter of our Allah....and remain busy to make happy
Shatan. We do everything like singing, watch t.v, drinking etc. With these deeds of sins we become victim of another problems and restlessness.
If we discussed about stressful events.....it is come to seek many things to ourselves...like
"Lesson of life will be repeated until they are learned".
 And if we discussed about our thinking...so we cannot freed from or ideas. So you can think, but that is useful for us. Because
"Overthinking is the biggest cause of unhappiness. Keep yourself occupied. Keep your mind off things that don,t help us. Think pasitively"

Don,t accumulate rubbish in your brain, instead of this kept pure thoughts in your mind. Because these thoughts build up your personality.
